switched to their new fiber service , had internet for 1 hour , then out for a week , had 4 different technicians come out & try to fix , TV buffers all the time , Shame to have to pay $200 or more a month for this crap , Hire people that can speak understandable English !!!

I rarely have issues with my service and the agents I’ve worked with have all been very pleasant and helpful.

Disaster... I have new service for one week and it's been a nightmare, customer service is bad, Marlon one of the worst customers agent I ever spoke with. Coming from 4 years of AT&T, in one week I totally understand why is more expensive.

Customer service is atrocious ! Took me over 9 hours of on hold time to get this service …. Inept operators ! One customer service rep offered to call me back and I asked for them to recite the callback number and they recited the Breezeline number as a call back number - this is the last time for me and Breezeline - Check out TMobiles new WiFi internet ! It’s awesome

I've had Breezeline for many years and am very satistfied with the service.

Had a knowledgeable technician that explained what he was doing. Gave me a chance to check on a problem I had with another internet company. And completed the installation on time.

My technician was very knowledgeable and he fixed the problem.
