They sell really cute clothes, but only in one size "fits all" :( The girls that pose on the pictures on the site are all tall, super skinny and white. Brandy Melville is racist and participates in body shaming! Their customer service is nice though, but that is the only positive thing I have to say about this company!

My Daughter heard about this brand and wanted to order so badly. The popular girls were wearing this brand and she wanted to fit in. So I gave in. When we went on the site she was ecstatic. I soon realized there was one size that caught. me in worry because the models seemed skinny and my daughter is on the heavier side which is obviously fine. I was worried that none of the things she wanted fit. But I let her buy 3 things 2 tops and a sweatshirt. It took a week to come. When it cam she was so happy. Immediately when she opened the box and took out the tops they were the size that would fit my 8 year old daughter. On the site the models looked older. My daughter is 16 and she started balling when the tops didn't fit. The sweatshirt fit fine though. It. happened I talked to her and told her that her body is perfect and she dosen't have to feel bad about her body for an un inclusive brand. A month later I noticed her body started thinning out and she wouldn't eat as much. I started to worry about her and after she hit 80 pounds at 16. I started talking to her about why she was loosing weight and her answer was "I want to fit into Brandy Melville". I started to panic and I felt like I did something wrong. Thanks to this un inclusive racist body-shamming brandy my daughter got diagnosed with Anorexia. Don't support this brand.

The customer service was terrible. Didn’t return 2 emails nor texts back for a damaged piece of clothing. I will not be wasting my time with them again or be shopping there. Terrible customer service it defidently set an example for what I don’t want to ever see again!

Bought a hoodie and pants online from the au store and it came 5 days later. The materials feel good and thick. The hoodie does have some piling balls on the inside but it's new and you can just vacuum it off. I think brandy melville gets such a bad rap for being "one size fits all" but honestly i love it as i'm a petite girl (5'2). To fit their clothes you have to have at least a 24-25 inch waist which i think is totally normal. You do have to be relatively "thin" but that's a given if you want to look good in clothes. but a 25 inch waist is not asking you to be super boney skeleton skinny. It's a normal size. If you go shopping in japan and korea the sizing is also like this but they call it "free size". Overall I'm happy with my purchase and had a good experience.

I bought a hoodie and two sweatpants, it arrived fairly quickly and shipping was free I believe since I paid over $100. I would say the quality of the clothing is pretty poor, there was lint balls on all of the clothing's inside(the fuzzy inside) and wasn't the most high quality considering the price... since there is only one size it fit me very loosely (surprise surprise). I would suggest buying from other clothing sites or thrifting/online thrifting since it's a lot cheaper and brandy melville's clothing is very basic and can be find almost anywhere to be honest. Overall, I wouldn't really suggest to buy from them, considering all the factors and the fact they only have one size and they are pretty darn r*cist, but if you really want to I can't stop you, go ahead.

Der allerletzte Laden!!! 2 Hosen zur Anprobe bestellt. Eine zurück geschickt. Nach 4 Wochen melden die sich um zu unterstellen die Hose sei getragen und könnte nicht retourniert werden. Die Hose wurde nur zur Anprobe getragen!!! Jetzt musste ich nochmal 5 Euro per Paypal senden, damit ich die Hose wieder zurück bekomme! Das ist das Eine... aber umso mehr ich mich mit diesem verschissenen Konzept beschäftige, desto schlimmer finde ich es. Meine Tochter hat Brandy verbot! Das ist doch Mode für Minderbemittelte!!! Dünn sein ist nicht Alles!!!

We went to the Brandy Melville in Greenwich, CT and Grace and Hannah were just wonderful! They were so friendly and upbeat and it made our shopping experience that much better!
