Can it get any worse? I'm not sure what is going on at HQ. but customer service is horrible. This company has a fancy store front experience with a crappy back end. I hope you pull it together so I don't have to advice my daughter to seek elsewhere for clothing....

Ordered on 12/14/19 and was charged but the package was never shipped & no tracking information was provided. The customer service phone number does not work and they have been unresponsive to my emails.

ordered package on 12/23. I constantly checked everyday if my package would arrive in 3-4 days but instead arrived 2 weeks later which kinda sucks but it’s the holidays so i’m not surprised. package was labeled yesterday and now it’s out for delivery. should be here in a few hours or so(:

Customer Service doesn’t work at all!! I placed an order 12/25 and I try to reach them since the day after by email, phone and online chat and none of them is working. I don’t know what else to do. I’m leaving the US and I don’t have any information about my products. What’s going on???

Another 2019 Online Christmas purchase… Another 2019 Online Christmas purchase gone bad I was very surprised looking here in these reviews to find out I am a member of this rather large group of people who ordered clothes for their teen well before Christmas and even upgraded the shipping to the 3-day option for $15. I placed an order for two pair of jeans on 12/14, not hearing anything I started sending e-mail to the online-at-brandymelvilleusa.com address on 12/19 to ask for status. Yesterday (12/26), I got a response from Kaela that my shipping label is printed and waiting for the warehouse to ship. My theory is they use a third party warehouse/shipper provider and that provider fell of the the face off the earth this holiday season leaving Brandy Melville with no shipping capabilities.

Will NEVER order from Brandy Melville again. Ordered two items for my daughter for Christmas on December 15 and asked for expedited shipping. My charge card has been charged, but I STILL haven't received shipment or confirmation. Called customer service, emailed, online chat, but nothing. I even called one of the NYC stores and even the sales person who answered the phone said she is aware of the issues but that their customer service has been unresponsive for the past few weeks. I will call my credit card company to refund my card based on fraudulent charges. I should hope that everyone who is experiencing the same thing will do the same.
