do not shop here. horrable customer service. I emailed them right after I purchased for add house number for devlivery address. They deny it and saying I have to call to FEDEX so I called to FEDEX and they saying Shipper has to call for there 9 digits acct number so they can update it. I called to Brandy Melville for help and they ignoring me too.

I ordered something and within 20 minutes I contacted them and advised the address was incorrect. They advised i needed to contact fed ex who said it was the shippers responsibility. I sent the email from fed ex and still they said it was fed ex's problem. This company is terrible. Please save your mone.

Terrible service. On the Shop app it was not processed correctly so I got charged for the same item twice and got charged shipping twice. I contacted them within five minutes and they would not cancel the order. They would also not send a free return label

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER POLICY — BUYER BEWARE! This store has one of the worst customer policies I’ve ever encountered. There are NO fitting rooms, so you have to buy the clothes, take them home, and hope they fit. If they don’t, you have to return to the store—and here’s the outrageous part: NO REFUNDS, ONLY STORE CREDIT! This is an absolutely ridiculous, customer-unfriendly policy that is both disrespectful and unfair. Customers shouldn’t have to risk losing access to their own money just because a store refuses to let them try on clothes before buying them. What a shady, money-grabbing business model! They make it difficult to shop responsibly and then force you to spend your money there again. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WILL NOT BE BACK!

I hate this brand. I ordered a white amara top and it was see through. I am normally a xs-s and it fit so bad. The return policy is so hard to do and they want me to pay for shipping back to them so overall its just cheaper to keep the shirt. NEVER BUY THIS BRAND. Also search up brandy HELLville. ya. look up those secrets.

This is THE WORST store. Clothing is just one size and fabric ruins fast because it is cheap. No fitting rooms, you are not even allowed to try a hoodie on top of what you are wearing. Only 2 weeks for returns and you don’t even get your money back, just store credit! Is scam this even legal??? I think we should start a class action suit against them! Scam, scam!!!

Our items were never delivered. They should have been delivered via FedEx on Aug. 23, it is now September 15th, no refund, no reshipping the lost items. I told them that their problem with FedEx was not my problem, and that they had an obligation to refund me. All I get is a canned answer about how I have to wait until the FedEx investigation is over. Again, I told them, that's your problem, not my problem and asked them to refund me. Crickets. Worst company ever.

Do not shop there. We unknowingly bought faulty garment from their SF store. We found out that our garment was stained when we got home. Went back to take them back. Told that there were no exchanges. Brandy Melville is a disgrace. Money grabbing, poor service, poor experience.
