I hope more people can see this to save their the opportunity getting pissed off by BM. Let's just put it like this: Brandy Melville got the literal WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the whole wide world. Being a BM customer will only make you feel disrespected and belittled. Northing else! So, only morons would want to pay for this kind of shopping experiences over and over again. Not me, never again.

I love Brandy Melville!!💖💖 it has prob the cutest clothes ever! But I don’t like how they don’t have inclusive sizes, I’m very petite and a lot of their bottoms are v long and baggy on me and just dont look so cute 😭 also they need to make more sizes that way all ppl can enjoy their products 💓💓💓 either way I still love them, however their shipping takes forever, their customer service is nonexistent, and they sometimes don’t send you your item bc it is “out of stock”, but the stores have much better service 💖💖💖

This is one of the worst companies to order from online ever!!. Well, this company is problematic in their own many ways but this is not specific about the other issues this review will be about their online crappy customer service. I have ordered from this horrible website two times within the past couple of months. I have ordered stuff and it would be in stock and then it would be " out of stock" and I end up not receiving what I ordered. The first time this happened I did get a refund for it but the second this which is this week I haven't gotten the item nor a refund from this company. The customer service reps seem to be inexperienced teenagers because there was a payment error of the first order I had placed with them which was in April and they asked for my credit card number in the email which I found very odd. The way they conduct their conservations as service reps didn't seem professional at all. The second time I experienced the "out of stock" problem the invoice said that one of these tops had been shipped with the number one under shipped but had an " out of stock" stamp. So I emailed Brandy Melville and they responded told me to send the invoice I got I had sent the invoice and still no response from this company or the rep that " helped" me which was not helpful at all. Due to this issue that I have had with their online site and the many other issues this company is known for I will not be spending my money with them anymore. I want other people to be aware that this is a problem on their site that they need to fix and also they should just fix the whole company overall. Or better yet shut down because there are better companies out there that are not problematic and have good customer service.

Love the clothes!! Ordered in April shipping was fast and came within 2 weeks! Just ordered again and can’t wait for my stuff to come !!

I love Brandy Melville! The clothes is so flattering on my body type. The website has a good lay-out of the clothing and the shipping is very affordable and fast. I would give the website a 10 out of 10 if I could!!!

Clothing is so cute and always on-trend. The quality is mostly always great, too. The price makes it worth it for such a cute item with great quality. But sometimes, there are items with extremely stretchy and thin material, that can be see-through. Whenever you go into shops, the employees are mostly extremely kind and generous, the only problem is that they always hire young teenage girls. I don't want to fight about the reason that they have mostly skinny, white, teens working, but it's still not professional. The online shop is sometimes great. They usually charge you 10 dollars for tax and shipping, which can just be tiring. And during the pandemic, I find it reasonable that they shut down the website for a little while, but they kept shutting it down over and over.

I have always received my orders on time, excellent customer service when it comes to answering any questions or concerns.

The truth is the even one star is too many. Brandy Melville has been HORRIFIC to deal with for nearly 6 weeks now - from prior to Christmas and now trying to follow up to complete and sort through an order that they totally screwed up. Their "customer service" is non-existent. They have not answered their phone in weeks. The have disabled their online chat function and they barely respond to emails. How convenient that they charged god knows how many customers like me and either failed to properly ship the orders or omitted items therefrom. And now what recourse is there but to chastise them in multiple, repeated emails and with horribly negative online reviews. I will NEVER again spend a penny on their trash, instead opting for any one of their competitors. What a pathetic excuse for a retailer this is; you can't go out of business soon enough - please do us all that simple favor.
