Very bad customer service! Unable to reach customer service via chat, email or phone. Still not received order placed on December 15th! Order status online still says "processing". Was not able to give present to my daughter. Do not order from Brandy Melville website. Worst customer service experience ever!!

One Star is Too Good for their Deplorable Customer Service. I have already been unhappy about their return policy: they require you to pay for shipping back to the warehouse. They do not accept in-person returns in the Santa Monica store. My Christmas shopping experience is the last straw. My daughter loves their clothes and I ordered a number of items from their website on Dec. 17. The shipping timeframes indicated I'd have the goods by Dec. 24. On Friday, Dec. 20, I received a shipping notice from UPS with tracking number. That certainly suggested the goods were on the way, but nothing was delivered. On Monday, Dec. 23, I tried repeatedly to contact Customer Service by chat, but Chat was unavailable through the entire day. I tried repeatedly to call by phone - also unavailable. I sent an email, but received no response. Tuesday, Dec. 24, the same thing. There was no one responding to any Customer Service channels. They do not deserve to be in business. Without a doubt the worst customer service (if you can call it that) I have ever experienced. Ever.

Unbelievable!! I have a similar story to the other reviews!! Ordered on 12/11. Website stated delivery by 12/24! If it hadn’t said that, I wouldn’t have ordered!!! Now, they say it won’t arrive for Christmas!! Both my daughters’ main Christmas presents! Almost $500 spent, and they ask if I want to cancel??? I can’t even believe this moronic company!! Incapable of shipping an order in TWO WEEKS????? They are taking zero responsibility, saying it wasn’t guaranteed... I mean the website said it would be delivered by 12/24, but I guess we didn’t pinky swear!! What the hell???? Thanks for ruining Christmas Brandy EFFING MELVILLE!!!

Ordered December 10,2019. They created an UPS label but never delivered my items to UPS to be shipped. So I have a tracking number that is useless. They won’t answer their phones, chat or email. Very unprofessional and cowardly. Theyve had ample time to fulfill my order. If they couldn’t fulfill it, I would have appreciated the option to shop elsewhere. Very disrespectful to their paying customers.

Very disappointed! This is the first time I’ve heard of this company. I ordered a gift certificate for my niece on 12/8. My card was charged but I can’t seem to find the email or certificate. I’ve tried to call them and can’t get thru! I’ve emailed them, but haven’t heard back! Very frustrating!
