The clothes are nice and all. And overall a good quality but, what is with the sizing! The usually only have “one size” and some times S M & L butttt most of the stuff is one size. How is xs and xl supposed to fit the same crop top!! U need to change this. Please be more inclusive

I’ve been attempting to place orders only for them to get cancelled without explanation. I have emailed them multiple times over the course of a couple weeks to ask why but received no reply. I’ve tried contacting them over chat only for them to tell me to email and then ending the chat abruptly. No attempts to help at all. Called over the phone for them to tell me to email. Do not order from this company.

Bought a jacket from Brandy and the package came in a box with no wrapping what so ever. Not even a bag to put the jacket in or a receipt. Came in just a box and also stuffed in. The jacket was unzipped as well and looked like the person who packaged the item just threw it in. Horrible service.

Brandy Melville’s clothing is cute and affordable, but their company as a whole is not something I want to support. I have ordered 20+ packages within the last 3 years and delivery is slow every time. I have received items that are apparently never worn with stains all over them. I’m seriously convinced their warehouse is dirty or their employees are wearing the clothing before sending it out. I love their basics but sadly with recent information coming forward about the racism, anti-semitism, and abuse towards minors, I will never give this company another dime. Brandy Melville, you should be ashamed of yourself. I seriously suggest buying Brandy clothing secondhand from now on. The CEO and higher-ups are disgusting people.

I love Brandy Melville, due to their racism and body shamming I buy their clothing from DEPOP. But, I have shopped there before and I was confused about the tracking so I reached out on email and they had good costumer service to me.

They have really terrible customer service. The sent me an incomplete shipment. It was on time. It is missing a shirt. However I have received no response from their email and they won't do anything over the phone. The 2 woman I talked to did hang up on me after I insisted that there is someone available by phone to help me out. Nope, according to them, they are apparently the managers of Brandy Melville. And there is no one else above them. So if indeed the owners sound 21 and hang up on you when you question their ability to provide adequate customer service then I would guess this is a company to avoid all costs.

awful service!! i bought a dress that ripped after one wash, i emailed and they said it was my responsibility. AFTER ONE WASH. not to mention that they are racist, and non inclusive. spend your money elsewhere

100% dissapointment. Parcel doesn’t arrive at all, express shipping fee for nothing and have to write and call them without responses to get my money back...
