This is the worst company every, my IC job decided this was what was best for the contractors (of course no one asked us contractors what we think about this farce of a company) There's no real Customer Service (all you get is a very terrible FAQ/Help web page and a chat bot that knows nothing, not even the business that they conduct (at least train your bot!) That maybe why it takes them over a week to respond to all the bad complaints. They charge a lot to do an instant transfer, I get it your terrible company have to make money but must you take so much? to transfer $400 it cost over $20! apparently the company I contract for is getting a good deal on this cost (yeah sure). I feel companies like this are just working hand in hand with bigger businesses to help fleece the people just trying to get by. Then they boast getting paid 2 days early than regular banks but to put this money in a regular bank by their free/no fee way (ACH) takes 3 to 5 business days so you're not getting paid earlier, you just don't know when you're getting paid unless you pay for it.

Customer service does not answer phones 45 minutes of waiting and still waiting. Even the chat bot isn't replying. 0 stars

First off they have no phone number in Toronto to call. They have a link to leave an audio message to no avail. All I want is some info on a chair I would like to buy. How can you possibly deal with a company with no phone number, let alone after sale service like warranty. Caveat Emptor

Branch has been a great experience for me so far! My company started using it not long ago and it's been awesome so far. Branch makes it a great banking experience with everything from the cleanliness of the app to the awesome cash back rewards. A lot of my colleagues use it too and have nothing but great things to say. Overall great experience!

This is an absolute scam, Not a Bank. my account was hacked and stole my momey, but when I requested a dispute it took them four months to investigate and finally denied the dispute. They dont listen to you. Do Not have an Account with this Bank.

Try to talk to a person. This company has zero customer service skills. They effin' suck.

I can’t log in to my Uber pro account because of a nonexistent passcode. 3 hours of talking to robots and people who don’t know anything about anything later, it turns out the account is powered by branch. These reviews shed light on why its been a week since I’ve talked to “anyone” and my issue still hasn’t been resolved but I still get a email every now and then telling me to just redownload the app. That didn’t solve the issue the last 30 attempts. I highly doubt that it would work now.
