My son was introduced to this website by a teacher. We just found out that students are not using it for homework. It is being abused and used as a social media outlet for kids to just talk about whatever they want to talk about. My son was talking to kids from another state... They were having conversations that had nothing to do with school! This concerned me as there is no safe guards or filters put in place to keep kids from accountable... This could lead to bullying, human trafficking, porn etc. This is a great idea for a program but needs to be censored, monitoring, guarded so students and parents can learn in safe environment.

I use this to help myself learnt he things im having some trouble in so what I did was, I wrote down 9 questions i could even answer and wrote them down on brainly. Only 4 out of 9 were correct and in most scenarios where you look up a question theres only 1 answer.

I contacted customer support on Jan 14th, 2021, and requested to cancel my subscription because I wasn't able to log in to my account. I never received a reply from them or any link to reset my password, however I Still charged $24 for not even log in once. What the poor service. Today, January 18th, 2021, got the response from Brainly team, they mentioned that they could not find the account with the email address I provided, they assumed I signed up with different email account. This is weird, if my email didn’t go through, how come they charged $24 from my bank account. I feel that this is really a scam. Can anyone tell me what to do in order to cancel my subscription.

When I can cancel my subscription I requested a refund because I no longer want to associate myself with brainly. They said they cancel my account and they still charge my bank on January 6. I contact them about this and they refunded the money from my account. But today January 13, Brian let charge my account for the subscription fee that was already refunded on the 6 I contact the subscription and brainly team. This is really frustrating how they say they refund the money but later charge my account. They should get sued. I hope they fix it. Their customer service is awful

I chose one star because when i have like 20 answers it shows that you need to watch a video to get one more answer but when I use the video it doesn't work at all that's why I'm about to stop using brainly.com and brainly.in there both useless it doesn't help at all even my friends hate it!!

I have signed up for a whole year - BIG MISTAKE. Within a month's time, I realized that I get absolutely I nothing out of this sight. I have to answer questions to gain points????? Did I not paid already to get some answers?? And I did not even get the answers I wanted - you have to wait days for a maybe answer!! Now I see that they are just going to take the whole year's subscription and not refund me for the 10 months that I am definitely not going to use their site. And I thought that you get answers in a timely fashion from experts, not some other kid on this site.
