DEFINITELY NO
They sent an email stating they were going to charge me on the 18th. They charged on the 16th. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Secondly, I did not like the app. You get 2 free questions a day, if you want more than that, it's going to cost you. More. 🤢🤮

Hello Erin, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. We strive to communicate transparently so that such an important matter as the date of the first charge is not subject to interpretation. Therefore, you received an email that clearly stated the following: After a 7-day free trial, your annual subscription will begin automatically, and you will be charged annually, starting on 9/16. In order to avoid the charge, the free trial should have been canceled before 9/16. Please note we keep our users updated about every stage of their free trials, sending communications such as free trial activation notifications, free trial expiration reminders, and subscription start confirmation. The screenshot shared with you shows that both reminders were successfully sent and delivered to your email address. We can also see they were opened and viewed on your end. If a user cannot cancel their free trial on their account, we are always happy to do it on our end. The email address we can be conveniently contacted at is provided in all the email communications we send out. Unfortunately, no previous communications have been recorded on our end. Please be assured we do appreciate your frustration. At the same time, we'd like to reiterate that we're transparent about our policies in our email communications. In case of any further questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch!
