Brainly actually lowered my average by 20 points. Then there are bots everywhere and Brainly doesn't even do anything about it. I wish I could rate this 0 stars. I HIGHLY recommend to never go on Brainly unless your grades will pay the price.

This is a terrible site!!!!! Don’t put ur bank account number, DO NOT TRUST! I have emailed you guys like 3 times and it has passed 72h and no response. The button to cancel the subscription before the free trial ended was NOT there. Until you guys already took my money out. The subscription is $24 and you guys took out wayyy more, $31.24. I WANT MY REFUND ASAP! I’m sick of this. You guys are a literal scam. And ur app is terrible too. Once I opened it I was like “nope this doesn’t even help”. My refund of $31.24 or else I’m going to continue with bad reviews.

This is the worst website I have ever used in my life. All students are trying to do is succeed in life by having a good education and if you are trying to ask for help on a question your just going to have trolls and dumb a$$holes trying to think they are so funny by just smashing their keyboard. I don't know what's in these people's crusty brains but do they not have anything else better to do besides putting troll answers. Also, some of the answers they give you are wrong and I feel like I do not trust them because some are trying to fail you. Plus Brainly literally is Money addicts and I heard a lot of teachers saying it's a cheating website which brainly lied claiming that it wasn't a cheating website which it is and I learned that cheating was wrong. Brainly doesn't even care if someone is putting troll answers and they expect you to pay them for doing a brain-dead job that a 6-year-old can do. Literally a waste of my time and my studies. I hope this dumb-ass site gets deleted. Burn in hell brainly.

I’m still waiting for my refund. I mistakenly choose the service which cost 96$ And I just want to get my money back. I already messaged them for a full refund.

The worst customer service and advertisements, literally. They are right on it to take our money but when it comes to attending customers they don't bother to fix the issue. I have emailed them twice regarding my refund, different days and times. I still haven’t heard back. Not only do they have bad customer service but they are false advertising on the ads. I have a screenshot of the ad that had mentioned a full my refund if you cancel B4 15 days which I did. I am still expecting my refund and will not stop emailing them and writing these reviews in every site reviewing them until I get my full refund. I will be calling my bank and see what I can do since Brainly avoids their emails and pick which ones to respond to. They never process a question or a complain in their site if it’s bad for their reputation. They knew what they were doing not having any other contacting method other than the subscription email.

Disappointing I have had brainly for a couple of months now and I use it to learn more about subjects and find answers, but the number of incorrect answers that have been "verified" is insane! They verify wrong answers all the time, for example I was reading about the solar system in an assignment, didn't understand so I searched up a question. The answer has almost 0 thank you and a 1.3 star rating, but for some reason, it was verified. Yes they do have kind of good moderation but they delete answers for no reason and a lot of people have been scammed. Use a better app instead.

I tried to get the free trial subscription and I got my money stolen from y’all!! Terrible team service I emailed several times I have waited more than 72 hours and not a email on how to get my refund and I tried to get a refund immediately and nobody helped. I’m tired of waiting before y’all really steal my money from me. Again I want my money back fast before the 15 day expire refund it’s been past 72 hours and no email whatsoever. I’ve really had it with brainly terrible website and app never again will I sign up for this. If it had zero stars I would put that but my situation was not okay I just wanted a free trial and charged me $24 something I didn’t agree to pay!!
