I am taking a college bookkeeping course. Brainly had no useful answers to any question I asked. I tried the free trial but was not able to ask question because I didn't have enough points. Back to Quizlet.

I really like the "ask a question" feature and how it organises my exam prep BUT I absolutely hate the ads that block up almost 50% of my screen,and I think this website is a complete scam You see,I was doing one of my assignments and all of sudden when I try to check the time,IT WAS WRONG + my computer literally froze. But that was not because the time was wrong itself,but because MY COMPUTER WAS NOT WORKING and it had (or might have had a VIRUS) I checked everything that may have caused it but there was nothing,only one thing (becuase I was trying it out for the first time) BRAINLY!!! I think it was that extension that I added to chrome... Also reading the other reviews made me think twice about purchasing Brainly Plus JUST TO GET RID OF THOSE ADS!! (thanks for reading the review! im not really good at structuring one but yeah this is pretty much all I have to say right now...)

Update review #3. Brainly finally reached out after my second review and refunded my account. They need to start from scratch with their customer service personnel. I believe if I had not written a 1 star review. They would have taken their time to refund me if at all. Updated review#2 - as requested by Brainly, who claim they did not see my email. I have sent a message to the FB page as suggested via Messenger. Below is the response I received. Why say send a message and then reply with this is only for communicating with the public. I was charged $39 for a subscription I have no use for at this time. I emailed two times and messaged via the chat online requesting a refund but have had no answer. I sent an initial request for a refund on the morning after the seven day trial. I haven’t even been using it because I only wanted to try for the one day to see if it was worth it for me. Still no response. When I called the contact number I Googled today, as it is nowhere on the website. An automated message says, "The wireless customer you are calling is not available. Please try again later." I wish I had seen these reviews prior signing up for the trial.

Canceling your subscription does not cancel your subscription. I canceled the subscription during day 2 of the trial because I foresaw it would not meet the needs I was looking for. It even asked why i was canceling. Today they charge me for a year subscription. Don't do it. They did refund me my money back it just took awhile.

Hello im Night and im always targeted and warned for little things, like spell checks and palergism (I SAY WHO I GIVE CREDIT TO!) maybe i have a opinion that others don't agree with (I state my opinion with facts and evidence and the others are most of the time proven wrong) or just right off the bat a wrong answer (BECAUSE A LOT OF THE TIMES THE QUESTION IS CONFUSING!). Then you ban me for 48 hours like I broke a major law and you even deleted my account and im starting to get really offended! Like your just doing it to me katie is the one who not only bugs me but my friends and im a great person and so are my supporters and if you think its ok to hire bots who never read to see if its true and then automatically ban me or comment ban me! Then i rather leave on my own but yes sometimes there's cyber bullying that happens to me or a friend and it gets out of hand, but the one who started it is the good guy like NO! We are the victims and i stand around when im banned seeing my friends being worried about me because i "left" them. IT BREAKS MY HEART! I want to be there for them I want to say brainly's a good site! But i cant and im sorry but if you have to ever ban me make it short like 15 min because im not inappropriate and im struggling in school! So brainly hear me out I need your help and all you can do to help is to support me not offend me thank you for your time
