Update review #3. Brainly finally reached out after my second review and refunded my account. They need to start from scratch with their customer service personnel. I believe if I had not written a 1 star review. They would have taken their time to refund me if at all. Updated review#2 - as requested by Brainly, who claim they did not see my email. I was charged $39 for a subscription I have no use for at this time. I emailed two times and messaged via the chat online requesting a refund but have had no answer. I sent an initial request for a refund on the morning after the seven day trial. I haven’t even been using it because I only wanted to try for the one day to see if it was worth it for me. Still no response. When I called the contact number I Googled today, as it is nowhere on the website. An automated message says, "The wireless customer you are calling is not available. Please try again later." I wish I had seen these reviews prior signing up for the trial.

No response to any of the request I sent over the last few days. Then charged me 40$ for a subscription I would have no use for especially since it is almost summer. i had never heard of this website until they charged me $39. I have no idea what they are and who they are. I emailed them and i still do not have a response. The bank said this was for a free trial but I never signed up to any trial. I certainly don't have kids that would sign up to this either. If I do not receive a full refund I will be charging back the 39.00 dollars.

Hello, My username is Jawadhamed005 and my email for my account is. I was charged $39.00 on 5/9/2023 using the card end with I requested a refund on 5/9/2023, but didn’t receive an update. I didn’t want this subscription and I was charged without a notification. I contacted support 4 times and didn’t receive a reply yet. Thanks!

Scammers for real signed up for free trial and bam was charged the whopping yearly fee!! Unbelievable and get this even after they have a limit on how many times you can use it before it makes you watch ads AGAIN! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP AT ALL!!!
