The payment details provided to our Support allowed us to locate the Brainly account with an active subscription under audrey29**** linked to audreylikespand****@gmail.com. Brainly subscriptions are recurring, which means they renew periodically until canceled. When the subscription is about to renew, we send two emails to inform our users that the payment will be processed automatically if the subscription is not canceled, and to remind them that we do not provide refunds. We went ahead and canceled the subscription on account audrey29*****. It means that the subscription will remain active until 02/14/2026, but you will not be charged again. Hello, and thanks for your message. If you don't wish to purchase one of the Brainly Plus subscription plans, you may still use Brainly with the free Brainly Basic plan. While there may be interruptions and limits to the number of answers you can see in a given time period, you will still be able to utilize all our gamification and engagement features available while you wait for your limits to reset. We’d like to inform you that we will not process your refund request, and attached to the email sent to you on January 6th, we sent you the proof that the reminders were sent and opened. The first reminder was sent on Dec 23rd, and opened by you on the same day, and the other reminder was sent on Dec 29th, and opened by you on Dec 30th, before the charges were made on the same day.
