I spend quite a bit of time travelling for work and I’d been searching for the perfect backpack that works for travelling, hiking, and motor biking. After reading numerous backpack reviews for a wide variety of brands, everything I wanted in a backpack pointed straight to the Prima Modular System and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. There’s a lot of flack for the company regarding shipping. Fortunately, I had no issue at all. In fact, given my location (NZ), the pack arrived much sooner than I expected! The other great bonus was the cost of the bag (especially, for the awesome quality and features). The low cost of the pack meant that it fell well below the duty threshold, meaning I didn’t have to pay any import fees! This pack is perfect for me. The materials are sturdy and resilient (not to mention, sustainably sourced). The design is well thought out and makes it so handy to access my camera, my laptop, and other accessories on the go. I even used the camera bag on its own (with detachable hipstrap) as a handy shoulder bag for a lighter option when I went sightseeing. You’d be hard pressed to find a backpack that does so well at ticking all the boxes.

After backing two of their KS campaigns I can confidently say I will never purchase from this unethical company again. It's not the delays that put me off, but the constant lies, unethical behaviour, mocking from the CEO Cavin, and the fact they are now on their 3rd KS and again having the same issues of overpromising and under-delivering just shows the culture this company has. Overall I would leave a zero star if I could (and for those who know me know I rarely leave less than a 3 star review. That's how bad BS are....

Omg! This company is a complete scammer. I bought my backpack for 1 year!!! ago, but I still receive nothing. I write thousands of a message to the customer support, they dishonored me to send me my pack as soon as possible but neeee! Nothing!!!

I ordered backpack on 1st of June. When received order confirmation, it advised me it is being sipped after 1st of July,... it arrived at the end of August. Then I wanted to return it and it was not possible as return was supposed to be accepted latest 3 months after order (it was delivered 3 months after ordering). Return process took 8 weeks and a lot of emails with CS advisor and was not done Eventually I decided to sell it via eBay rather than dealing with them. Simply said: horrible service, I don`t recommend to buy from them. I am giving 1 star, only because I cannot give 0 stars.

I have a Prima System's bag: it's good material. But, the delivery was very long. I made a new order in August. I still have not received my other bag and no news.

They are a company who still learn from experience. They are helpful. Try to do the best. Had issues with shipping but they helped and explained. So now let say few words.
