I like the layout of my bag, but the quality of thr outer materials is very poor.

The products are fine, but the shipping is a headache.

Bought their Errant backpack maybe 3 years ago. Used it almost daily for the first year, then maybe once weekly in the previous 2 years as I started working and brought a work bag instead. Since then, the zipper pulls (not the zips, but the material they attach to it) has all broken off, the layer on the top has been damaged. I know these things don't last forever, but although they felt really sturdy when I first got them, they didn't stand the test of time

Update to my earlier review: My bag arrived today, October 28. The bag is great. Totally satisfied with the product. The customer service rep I was working with has been great. I bumped up my review from 1 star to 3, because of the service and the quality of the product. My comments about the fulfillment center are unchanged. The product is solid, and the customer service is great. That said, I would still be wary of ordering products from Boundary if you need them by a certain date because of the issues with their fulfillment center. Previous review: I can’t speak to the quality of their products, as I’m still waiting for my order to ship. I placed my order on September 25 for use on a trip departing October 16, and as of October 14 have still not received a shipping notification. This is after communicating with a CS rep and being assured that he would contact the fulfillment center and that the order would “ship tomorrow” on three separate occasions. Boundary Supply’s website indicates that handling time is typically 2-5 days. We’re at 14 business days today. This has been a pretty disappointing experience. There’s clearly something in their order fulfillment process that isn’t working. I’m sure their bags are solid, but if you need something that’s going to ship in a timely manner, I’d suggest looking for a product from different company. If it’s ok with you that your order arrives whenever it arrives, give it a shot.

While my first order’s fulfilment was slightly protracted, it was understandable given the combination of international delivery logistics and current world events. Nevertheless, tracking updates were provided promptly, and I’ve been nothing short of delighted with the Errant Pack I received. Sadly, the pending order - placed around two weeks ago - has yet to produce any updates regarding its fulfilment status, let alone the provision of a tracking number. While I have faith that I haven’t been forgotten, the lack of communication is somewhat disappointing. Outside of that, my experience with the site has generally been pleasant, with the breadth of quality accessories on offer being a highlight. Any issues I’ve had with regards to navigation have been negligible hiccups surrounding the implementation of cookies, which I’m also confident is more to do with browser issues on my side.

I go back and forth on this bag. I think the issue is that I try to do too much. Is it a bag or a sling? Slings are attractive because you can access their contents without taking the bag off, just wipe the bag around get out what you need and spin in back again. This bag struggles with that. My main issue with the bag is the front pocket, its useless. The internal organization tries to stay ambidextrous so you can access it whether you wear the bag on Your right or left shoulder, but it end up making it unusable from ether side. They mad the pocket "tall" rather than deep. This makes the zippers annoying to find quickly and the pocket is so tight that its uncomfortable to use or find anything you put in it. The shoulder strap gets a C+ for comfort, I find this issue with any strap that is attached to the middle of the bag again to allow for it to be worn on ether shoulder . It makes the strap sit on your shoulder at an angle rather than flat which makes it quickly uncomfortable. Ether make it dedicated to one shoulder or make it so that you can switch the point of attachment with magnets or a strong buckle with re enforcement padding. Lastly the stability strap is clever but makes the carry very uncomfortable. I was going to return the bag until I stopped using it, I find the experience much better without it. Now I'm on the fence whether to keep it or not

Bought couple of items and it took more almost a month to arrive in the UK. No tracking info was send to me when I completed the purchase. Had to contact support to then get a tracking link. I have interacted with support few times and they are very responsive.

good product illogical priorities While the products I have received so far are of great quality and I love to use them, I got very dissapointed by 2 facts: -the systems are not that intermodular. I have a prima system, my gf has an errant. None of our accessories fit each other'S system. even in cases, where it would just not hurt a bit... Its a huge shame, Boundary has the potential to dominate in communities/families. If accessories would be more compatible, I would buy much more of them. -One orders pants. They get almost a year postponed. The company creates 4 new lines of product and put them on the market, while they have not delivered on their previous product. That's a prime show of what's cancerous about the paradigm of constant capitalistic growth. :(
