I looked around 3 hours to find the bask backpack for me, ordered this one and really got scared after reading the reviews. I immediately sent them a text on the website, which was easy and convenient, they answered quickly and rapidly. Less than a week later the bag is with me (arrived internationally) The errant backpack is just amazing - very happy with the purchase and the company.

My experience with boundary was great I bought the wrong colour bag they changed colour before shipping the x-pac errant bag is great buying the X-pac Prima bag next!

Prima System Modular Travel Backpack - Mojave Tan Great backpack! I was very pleased at the color in tan, it is a very rustic color and very outdoorsy looking. Love the feel of the straps. Of course there are things that I would change but this is very personal for everybody. Great size and features. I think my search for the perfect travel backpack to fit some of my camera gear is over.

I researched a few different bags but settled on the Errant for a few different reasons. - price point - compared to similar bags, was a bit less cost-prohibitive - features - so many features - size - wanted EDC but something I could use as my personal item when traveling. To date - I really love this bag. On a recent trip with the bag fairly full, it still slid easily under the seat in front of me, and when that easy access to the laptop sleeve and top much I could easily get at items I wanted for the flight (earbuds, mints, tablet, phone, etc.). I love the pass-through hole for charging on the commuter pouch as well and used that a lot. My only cons with the bag are I wish the top sleeve (that is built for the photo cube) closed all the way as that would have been a nice extra secret pocket. Most reviews I saw it came with a key ring, but I think this may have been specific to the Kickstarter, but I was a bit disappointed when I didn't get it. Also, the magnet for the laptop seems unnecessary and sometimes its a pain to get at my laptop. Those are REALLY MINOR things and I love it as day to day. I should also note, I don't really use the shoe compartment, but on my flight that's where I put small liquids I was taking with me - and it was perfect for that. Great bag, happy with my purchase!

Love my new bag but shipping did take a while

Took a while to get the shipment from US, but everything really fine. Super good quality and absolutely recommendable. I like my new bag :)

I have purchased several items from Boundary Supply. Overall is good e.g., quality of product, shipping arrangement, and email correspondence.

I did actually receive what I ordered from them (and it only shipped out a week late) which seems to put me ahead of their other unfortunate victims on this site. However, the reports of their QA not being great came true for me, and the backpack I ordered has very unevenly sewn straps, which makes it too uncomfortable to use. They asked me to front the cost of shipping it back and then tell them how much it was so they could refund me. I thought this was entirely too sketchy and complicated, and asked for a prepaid label instead. They said they would give me a label, and thus began a spectacular series of weekly updates wherein they tell me the label “still isn’t available” (is it being hand-drawn and then hand-carried to me on horseback? Even then I’d expect it to have gotten here by now) and ask if I’ve shipped the bag back yet. It’s telling that they’re transparently asking, basically, “have you given up yet?” each time they “update me”. This has been very frustrating, and given some of these other reviews I hope it serves to further inform people that even if you actually get your order at all, it might easily be defective and if it is, you are guaranteed to have the most frustrating experience of your life being lowkey gaslit by some customer service rep who may not even be a real person that you can only communicate with over email.
