Boundary SupplyReviews of boundarysupply.com

I ordered the Errant pack at 4 January 2020. Before buying I ask support "Can I get my order to 18 Feb (Birthday)" and they say "Yes, you will get your tracking number in 1 day after paying". But no, they send it to me only at 23 January. Today 29 January I got my Errant. Shipping was from USA to Czech Republic. I want to say Errant pack is really good quality bag. They have some issues with delivering, but their bags are really good. Sorry for my bad English, it's not my native language.

Not sure if I will ever receive my order... The credit card was charged immediately, but there is no shipment coming from them. The support team is replying to my requests, but the answers are inconsistent. Once it is the backpack that is on backorder. Another time it is another item in the order. They keep on telling me that the order is being shipped, but nothing happens. The most outrageous and frustrating experience I have had so far! Stay away from Boundary Supply.

Ordered their Chase pants in September 2019 with expected delivery of early November. It is nearly February and I have received nothing. To make matters worse, their updates have been practically nonexistent and I've mostly had to rely on reading forums and KS comments to find information. Any communication I've had with them has been inconsistent, opaque and dishonest. A very disappointing transaction with a company I will never support again.

Great products whenever you get them. I order an errant backpack and got it earlier than planned and I am very very happy with the product. However, I ordered an Aegis duffle that was supposed to be delivered in mid-December "Hi Cindy, this is all well and good but it does not give me any better idea of when it should be shipped and this was assured by their customer service when I ask why they charged my credit card for a preorder before they had the product in hand, something that they should not be doing. "We charged our customers' for their orders upfront because we want to make sure that the order will be processed accordingly once the items are available. Please note that the information indicated on the website for the availability of the X-Pac Aegis Duffel Pack which is on January 2020 is intended for those customers who will be placing an order for the item. I assure you that your order will be shipped in mid-December as indicated when you've placed the order. Please stay tuned for a separate tracking email once the order is dispatched. At that point, you'll have a better idea of when you will be receiving your order", So purchase at you own risk and only if you are happy waiting weeks if not months (from what I can read on Trustpilot) for your pack with the understanding that they are strap for cash and use you preorder money to fund their production (and here might be where the problems reside as I think that they wait to have enough preorder and therefor cash to pay for their material production) Boundry Supply work as if all orders where from Kickstarter (nothing wrong with that in theory) but without clearly communicating this to their customers/backers

Very shady company! They make promises on pre-orders and the dates get moved back months to a year. I attempted to get a refund, as the date of my preorder was falsified and it would take another 2 months to ship. I was told there was nothing they could do. Stay away from this company! I will not be purchasing anything from them again. There are so many other bag companies that have excellent customer service.

The product is delayed for several months. They make you think they have good customer service by replying with a long email to your questions, however, they don't really tell you anything. Lots of text without any specific details. Just saying they keep having problems and will try to ship next week (next week since November). Would not recommend buying anything from them.

They did a great job answering my questions and help me find the right product for me. I love the Errant Pack for my everyday. High quality products. Will buy again!

Ordered over two months ago and have still to receive my order. There is no proactive communication from the seller, and whenever I write to enquire I get convoluted stories about warehoueses and stock and cross-ordering this and that. I would consider fraud if I didn't know that the products really exist and have shipped before. At the very least their costumer service is as incompetent as their fulfilment center. Edit: still no shipment, i don't believe anymore they are willing or able to ship anything. Refrain from buying here.
