Made a purchase almost a year ago and the item was promised to be delivered in December last year. Almost 6 months since and the team still hasn't been received. They constantly were making excuses that materials are not in stock or there's some issue with the supplier etc. Finally they sent the item, but it was delivered to a wrong address and the local post office couldn't find anything for my name in the state. Asking for refund second time now, first they refused it saying that all money goes to pay works cuz of Coronavirus. Hoping to get a refund soon. Do not buy anything from them.

I Ordered a pair of pants in November. Did not receive them by January (When they said they would arrive), I thought because of the virus or protests that were happening in Hong Kong delivery might take a little longer. I emailed customer services using the email from the Boundary Supply receipt asking for any updates, no response. After checking the website the pants that I ordered are on Pre-Order. Does that mean the pants I ordered are now out of stock? Or that they never existed and are being made currently? Boundary Supply if you can respond soon I would love to know what happened to my $120.

Over 6 months, still haven't received the pants I ordered from Boundary. I asked for a refund - nope! After some back-and-forth, they said "your pants are on the way!"... Boundary sent me the wrong pants, not what I ordered, plus it cost me $25 in duty. Quality feels nice in the hands but who knows if I'll ever get the pants that I can actually wear. So far, Boundary has cost me about $155 for $130 pants that I never received. Will never trust this company again.

Terrible experience. Placed an order and the order still has not shipped and it's been a month. They keep giving me the run around that it's expedited to ship but they say that every week. I requested to cancel the order and still no cancelation or refund. Terrible customer service and a shaddy company.

This company values ethical and sustainable clothing features. Their drive for high quality clothing has led them to be delayed in delivery Kickstarter products. I am patient and I know delays are expected with most Kickstarter programs. I was very patient. I reached out to get an ETA on my pants. They were quick to reply and were able to fix an ordering mistake I had and get me my pants ASAP. The pants are of great quality. However, sizing is a bit weird. This company doesn’t use a normal sizing chart, so finding my size has been hard. The first pants were way to small. I reached out to their texting service. Linsey helped me and was incredibly helpful. She helped me find the right size for me and got me a return label. It was a pleasure working with her. The quality of the pants and customer service has been top of the line. Their timing for their original Kickstarter was off, but I’m used to their for most kickstarters I’ve ordered. They have been very clear along the process regarding delays.

Apparently the products (both packs and pants) are good. Regrettably, I am unable to verify those claims. I have yet to see the pants I ordered and paid for in August, 2019. I was not a Kickstarter backer, I ordered off the Boundary Supply website. At that time, it was not clear it was backorder/pre-order. Now I may and may not see the pants in May or July. The company refuses to issue a refund, and I am past the deadline to request a charge-back from my credit card company. You be the judge if the packs and pants are worth the wait and uncertainty, just don't wait past 120 days, that will leave you at the mercy of Boundary Supply. Now, for the products. Apparently, the packs and slings are good, but not Peak Design good. There are other quality bags on the market, like Aer, Day farer, Nomatic and so forth. Same goes for pants, there is Outlier, Western Rise, even Chrome Industries has black pants on offer now. Most importantly all those companies actually have stock to sell. ***UPDATE**** As it was a purchase from Boundary supply website, I finally received a full refund the week of June 30. That makes me mildly happy. Still, I would not risk another transaction with Boundary Supply. YMMV.

I just want to share how customer service helped me resolved an order issue real quick. They reached out to me in minutes and helped me out. I can’t wait to receive the x-pac sling bag and utilize it for work and daily travel.

I had no idea the capabilities a bag could have until I purchased one from Boundary Supply. The functionality is exceptional and its modularity with their entire line can't be beat. Now that I've seen just what a bag can do, I won't be able to go back to anything less. Whoever is designing these things absolutely rules!! Thanks Boundary.
