They have my money!!! I do not have my product! No e-mail or tracking #. I have sent 3 messages to them. Must be a China scam. I ordered off a Facebook ad. Why can’t Facebook cops shut these scammers off? Read these reviews too late!! I’ll repost if my shipment arrives! Holding my breath in Omaha

Ordered suru button up long sleeve shirt medium/blue and chase chino pant slim raven black on the 11th of November 2019. Now it's the 1st of July 2020 and still nothing. Cost me 176.13 USD. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. Go to Peak Design instead, I got their Tripod made out of carbon fiber faster than Boundary Supply can do anything.

If I could give minus stars, they would get it. This is the worst China web shop scam. They will keep ignoring you and when they reply, you need to start over explaining your order status etc. and then back to being ignored. IT IS A SCAM AND A RIP OFF. Update July 2020. After many emails; The products are now finally confirmed on the way again. I hope to receive my order now and write this off as a mistake from boundary’s side.

Ordered a pair of chase pants (Black) in October with an estimated Nov/Dec ship date. Just was informed they’ll prob ship in Sept. My biggest problem is that every shipping delay I have had to contact them instead of them sending me updates. They also won’t let me cancel the order (they will offer credit on their site). At this point if this is how they run their business I question if the pants will ship in September or if they’ll even be in business still.

Backed their kickstarter project in 2019. Items supposed to ship in October 2019. Its now almost July 2020.. and they claim theyre waiting for the fabric to arrive.. then production.. then allegedly shipping. The excuses began long before the pandemic. And they just continue. Dont order from Boundary. Might as well throw your money in the bin

I have a prima - great bag, actually love it but have had it a year now and the zipper has broken. Boundary supply haven’t responded to 3 emails over the course of 2 months even though it has a lifetime warranty. The original order took nearly a year as well and I won’t be placing further orders as there is a lack of trust in this business. I would highly recommend that you purchase from another company based on the service you will inevitably get. Update: zipper sorted. Thanks.

You suck how dare you take advantage of people in this day and time we trusted you and we can't even get our products you got our money but we didn't get our product you should be ashamed of yourselves stealing money from people like that hard-working citizens all they wanted was to trust somebody and we thought we could trust you apparently that's not true I ordered my product for months ago and I still haven't received my product I guess we can chalk this up as lesson learned we got screwed again thank you Karen Emory

Ordered my pants in September 2019 and now its june 9 2020 and I still haven't received them. This whole operation is BS.
