Great products and great service. Products are well thought out and designed with consumers in mind and built to last. Service is great and resolve any problems or questions you may have. Overall a great product from a great company.

Ordered a pair of pants in November 2019, from their website (not a kickstarter campaign). It is September 2020, and while I understand the pandemic, they could be more forthcoming and proactive with updates on the status of my order. I have to email every month, and every month I hear that by "middle of next month" I'd get a notification of shipment. And still I haven't received it. I must've done something wrong or gotten on their wrong side, because other reviewers seem to have received their pants within a window of 2-4 months. I also ordered their towel. It is fine. For the price I was expecting better quality than Matador's travel and packable towels.

Hey Adrian, I am so sorry to read this. On our side, it shows the entire order marked as fulfilled. This was certainly a system error, and we will be sure to make this right for you ASAP. If you can, please email the team at [email protected]. We will get this resolved and shipped out right away. Thank you for leaving this review and giving us the opportunity to fix!

Bought the Prima System and it had been an amazing experience using it so far. From its high quality build to its very well thought out design, i have enjoyed it all. Only one of its modular features took some effort to find out with their product manual being really helpful. To top it off, the responsivenes of their customer service have been very impressive.

Let’s make a bag that has all of these accessories that we can overcharge for and really squeeze every dime we can out of customers! Especially upcharge a key chain for $20 bucks that cost us a maximum of $5 to make.... Oh yea and we will doop customers into trying out products for 14 days for “free” but charge them for the bag before the trial is even up.... Wait we will also be sooo slow that it takes weeks to get a bag shipped and impossible to get ahold of. Great business model

Hi Jake! I am sorry to hear that you feel that way. Hopefully we can work with you to improve your experience. All of our products are produced with sustainably produced materials that are much more expensive. These products are marked up less than the majority of brands as we sell direct to offer a better value to our customers. In your example for instance just the machined aluminum hardware piece is more expensive than your proposed $5.00 so I hope that helps shed some light on our model and how we strive to deliver higher quality sustainable products that are still affordable. We are available daily on our live web chat and have under a 24 hour turn around time on email. Please reach out, we would love the opportunity to make things right. Thanks!
