Great company and very well made products. The only critic would be sometimes the predicted shipping dates are longer than they say. But otherwise, I will continue to order from them!

Outstanding quality in the Errant Pack. Materials and design is excellent. Only complaint is I wish it was 10-15% bigger.

The quality of the materials is great and they have some pretty clever designs, but their customer service during the first Kickstarter campaign was unquestionably awful. Delays without communication, broken expectations - well, that's Kickstarter for you. Didn't want to go through that again, especially since there was no pricing benefit and little early adopter benefit, so waited until their new design was ready for retail - and they still missed deadlines. Plus, while an ancillary pack wasn't explicitly said to be included, their marketing pictures advertise it without any kind of disclaimer. Their customer service has improved a little, in that they're now apologies and not outright deception, but I don't plan on buying from them ever again. Would've given 1 star, but the build quality and materials of the new pack really are good, and the price is, surprisingly, competitive. When did packs get so expensive?

Was on the hunt for quite some time to find the perfect bag, and Boundary hit it out of the park. The errant bag is no my every day bag. It has held up well for the 6 months I've had it and it hold everything I need for either a day out in town, a weekend trip, or all my my gear I need for a photo shoot. Would definitely recommend this as a commuter/ weekend bag.
