Overall backpack is great. I work in construction and it has withstood some demanding loads

Great quality, terrible fulfillment. A lot of people give their customer support grief but I think they're doing a fine job. The real issue seems to be that the company is just small and hasn't invested enough in how to handle logistics, they seem to be constantly behind on shipping and fulfillment. Boundary Supply still acts like a Kickstarter company when they should have leveled up by now.

Thanks for the review and spot-on feedback Chris! We are definitely in a growing period and doing our best to navigate our growth and balance a small team. We feel we are taking steps in the right direction, but we are also learning along the way, so thank you for your patience and support of Boundary!

Do not believe their shipping time-frames on pre order. This company is awful on that. Originally said December ship date but did not ship until June.

Thanks for the review Scott, we really have blown it a couple of times with our production/delivery dates, so you are spot on! I am showing your Arclite was delivered, so please don't hesitate to reach back out to us at [email protected] if you have any unresolved issues from your subpar experience with us. Thanks!

Really wanted to just enjoy the bag that I ordered, but the poor customer service and hidden pre-order disclosure ruined my experience with Boundary Supply. Took nearly 6 months for me to receive the item that I ordered.

Thanks Lorenzo, we couldn't do it without the best customers backing us!

Took 6.5 months for my delivery to arrive (outside of Kickstarter times) then the order was wrong. Only received 50% of the order. Then had to prove their mistake to them before they sent out another bag.

Hi Ciaran! We're so sorry about this entire experience, it definitely wasn't our hope for you! Will you write into [email protected]? We'd love to get this resolved for you.

Response from Boundary SupplyOct 14, 2020
We're so happy that hear that, Hideaki. :) Thanks for the review.

Took way too long to receive my pack via Kickstarter. On top of that, boundary came out with better models right after the Kickstarter project, which is a bummer.
Response from Boundary SupplyOct 13, 2020
We're so sorry about this. We realize that our Kickstarter timelines have been all over the place and we're doing our best to improve. We've restructured our customer service team to better serve our customers and their needs. Hopefully we can regain trust and get a second chance from you and our other customers.
