I am still waiting to receive my chase pants since November last year (2019) and we are in September (2020). So for the moment, I am not happy! The good point, Customer Service is friendly but I am still waiting. I could change the rate only when I will receive the Chase pant in Black...

Hi Herve, we're so sorry for the major delays. We're definitely trying to improve our customer service and let people know we're here to help, so we appreciate that feedback. We're looking to fulfill those Chase pants by the end of the year, we appreciate your patience on what has been a ridiculous amount of timelines on our part.

Your products are some of the most thought-out and beautifully designed products I have owned. The only area where I’d love to see progress in is shipping times. I know it’s something you’re aware of, but I always keep this in mind when I consider shopping from you. Good luck!

Hey Ali, thanks so much for this review and your honest feedback. We definitely could improve our shipping times, so that's one of our latest goals. We appreciate customers like you for your support and honesty!

Between my Boundary Prima System and my Errant Pack I am very impressed with Boundary Supply. I have had no issues with orders, shipping, or the quality of the packs. The versatility of having modular accessories is where Boundary really shines. A travel pack can become an EDC pack and then a camera bag when needed. Truly a great system for either the Prima or Errant and I love both.

Thank you so much Craig, we're happy to hear that!
