Amazing backpack. I'm the type of buyer to make maybe 2 or 3 product purchases over $200 (Canadian) in a year and research each of those for at least 2 months to make sure there's nothing better... So you can take it from me that it's a great product! Have had it for about 2 months now and I still love it just as much as I did on day 1!

We're so happy to hear that, CJ! Thanks for this review. :)

Waited so long to receive my order but unfortunately it was delivered to my address (Aramex business address) with missing informations, I didn’t received any updates. Aramex could not recognize the owner of the shipment due to the missing information, and they disposed of the shipment Tried to contact Boundray Supply but they were not helpful

I own both the Errant and Prima bags and couldn’t be happier. The Errant is great for day to day carry and the Prima I use as both a camera bag and an overnight carry. I have had no problems with either bag. Would highly recommend either bag

Awesome, John! We're so happy to hear that. :)

The fact that I'd ordered a product as part of a re-order was never clear or remotely obvious through the order process, so I was surprised after enquiring where my order was that a threshold needed to be achieved before going into production. Thereafter things actually got worse. Dreadful communication, unexplained delays. Very poor experience. And I never received a replacement latch for one that broke in a prior order.

Hi Andrew! We're so sorry for this terrible experience, it definitely isn't what we would've wished for you. Will you email [email protected]? We'd love to get that replacement latch for you.
