The X-Pac Errant is simply an amazing backpack. The design is thoughtful and useful, there seems to be a place for everything. I know it got some criticism for being small but it works perfectly for me. A nice large compartment for a water bottle or a tripod. I bought two of them! One that I use for work and computer supplies and another one that I use for hiking and camera gear.

I've purchased back pack, camera insert, clothes pack and towell oh yeah and the hemp laundry bag and all the above are high quality and durable would recommend all day long

Their support is impeccable. I damaged my prima withing the first week of getting the backpack and the support team did a warranty replacement within a great turn around time. The backpack is great overall in terms of materials and manufacturing quality.

Great backs and fantastic customer service. I had to is the warranty once and I had a new back in the matter of days. That’s how lifelong warranty is done 👍👌

The worst experience I have ever had with a company. In October of 2019 I placed an order for the Chase Pants, there was no clear indicator that the purchase was a preorder. At the time there was a tiny asterisk. I found that out by asking. Delivery date was set for November 2019, then December 2019, then January 2020... and so on. I was never emailed about any delays, I had to reach out every time for an update. I asked for a refund every time and was denied. Finally in September of 2020 I asked for another update because I still hadn't received the pants that I ordered a year before and they said that it was still waiting to be manufactured. I think the representative saw all my communication and felt bad because they finally offered the refund that I asked for. I don't know how a company can advertise and sell products when they still haven't delivered on other products.

Boundary Supply makes some really killer products. They are very much material wizards. And whenever there has been an issue they have always been super helpful. I love their stuff, it's made responsibly, and they treat their customers like people in a very casual friendly way.

Te Best it, I would buy again

Trousers took over 6 months to arrive and did not have the side seam pocket as advertised disappointing
