I bought errant pack last 2 years ago. Great Delivery with DHL within a few weeks since shipping options can't reach to my country. Still Durable, nothing wrong with straps and zips. A few scratches on the front but it is acceptable. Color is still looks like new, I didn't wash that bag yet. Whatever it is a great bag ever. I really like it.

Absolutely love the backpack, however it took forever to come and when I asked about it the customer service was always sketchy and inconsistent other than being prepared to wait the backpack is great.

Customer service was extremely bad. I was mislead to believing that return postage would be covered and was asked to return with express shipping + tracking, the highest tier of shipping. Normally i would have paid for regular shipping which would have cost a fraction of the price. Living in Australia, the shipment price (High priority express + tracking) cost half the amount of the product itself. After this, my return wasn't processed until after a month. I was advised my refund would take another few weeks to process, and after 4 weeks i emailed asking where my refund is, waited another 2 weeks before getting a response, and then finally after another month i finally got my refund. The build material of the product itself was great, but the customer service was absolutely disgraceful.
