The product is excellent, good materials, well made and clever design. Customer service is appalling, non-responsive to emails, did not refund on orders not delivered and never received, no phone contact available whatsoever and a clear inability to understand minimal levels of customer service requirement. As a consequence I have the bulk of what I ordered but it has cost me around 30% more as I have never received the remainder. I cannot imagine I will buy from them on line again.

Great product : every day commuting, small week end, travel : my errant is almost all the time with me when I’m not home.

I chose to support the company by preordering and while they did took more time than what they had originally said, at the end they delivered. The products were awesome! The quality and materials were top notch, and all the different improvements they make in design are helpful and brilliant. If you are thinking about buying something, go for it! There is passion and thoughtfulness behind everything.

Amazing quality! But, some product deliver with delay.

First of all, the Boundary Supply products I've bought, are completely amazing, top quality and super well designed. The delivery and customer service have been great, although delivery times can be a bit long. However, this was made transparent during the ordering process, so it's fine. Customer service was quick and very friendly to respond to all questions. The packaging was adequate and sustainable. I'll order again!

I realy like this bag and i still use it, but often its a little bit to small.

İ've been using it for a 3-4 months. so far I haven't had any issues. Absolutely worth every penny .
