Love the bag! I'm using it on the daily basis as I'm travelling around. The multiple pockets and section allow me to pack quickly and remain organized.

I have bought both bags about a year ago and use them every single day. Love the way these bags function, build quality, materials and ease of use. Hard to remove some stains on the errant in hymassa tan but i can live with that being my edc and travel backpack. Will definitly buy again from boundary

I've had many great experiences dealing with small backpack manufacturers who put customers first. Sadly, Boundary Supply is not one of them. First, they sent me a Prima System with quality control issues unacceptable for a $200 bag. So I sent it back for replacement (they would not cover the shipping cost) and received in its place a used or previously returned bag with more defects than the one I returned. To add insult, they didn't even bother to ship it in a box; they went cheap and put it in a poly mailer, plus a plastic storage sack that looked like it'd been attacked by a bear as it was completely shredded. It had a giant sticker on it that read: "QC INSPECTION: PASS." Must be some kind of joke. Meanwhile, their outsourced customer service, when not spitting out canned responses, was very manipulative. I loved how they tried to turn it around by suggesting that my expectations were too high. And no matter how many times I refused, they kept trying to steer me back toward store credit, even going so far as suggesting that a refund could be problematic. Then, after making my return (once again, shipping on me), I received no responses to my inquires for several weeks, which was bizarre considering how prompt they were before. I was beginning to wonder if it really was just a big scam after all. When I finally did get a response, this time from Tyler (whom I believe is their Operations Manager), he apologized for the delay and processed my refund immediately rather than waiting out 2 payment cycles as per company policy. That's the only thing I can commend them on throughout this whole thing. It's a shame. Had I received the product as advertised, I think it would have been a great backpack for me. Quality seems like a total crapshoot, however. So instead I'm out $30 US with nothing to show for it but some shipping receipts and a bad taste in my mouth from having dealt with Boundary Supply at all.
