Estimates were very timely and helpful. Saves time in determining which items, other than the obvious ones, to address. This feature is an added bonus which gives me another reason to use my Inspection Company again.

Nice perk for inspection. Helped with decision making process.

highly recommend company as was 1st class

Great resource for negotiations.

Great app, easy interface, organized information, clearly defined problem/solution/risk/cost, easy to access reports, and data is exported to PDF for sharing and future use. I’ve bought and sold a lot of houses due to my job relocations. This is the first move where I was clear as to all the items for repair and cost needed. Historically I arrive through personal discovery living in the house, but with this report and format and ease of use…no more guess work. I have a list to fix, cost, and priority all laid out.

No more than a couple of clicks and was able to get a baseline of what could be spent on repairs for the property after purchased.

I really liked how they gave me a realistic estimate of the Price it would cost to repair what needs to be repaired.

This cost estimate was invaluable to our ability to negotiate repairs. What a wonderful tool/guide
