Understood Allison! Thank you for letting us know as it really allows us to see where we can improve. For the future, at the top of every estimate, there is an option to download it as a PDF for easy sharing with whomever! We are certainly working out the bugs on our mobile site. Hi Ashley! Thanks for the review as it allows us to see where we can improve :) That is EXACTLY correct! When a repair list is also uploaded, we provide an estimate on the list by referencing photos, notes, etc. from the inspection report. As you stated, you can skip uploading the repair list if you'd like to address the entire IR. Spot on! Also, as you know from your experience, you can also call or email in and request for the whole IR to be addressed. Thank you so much again for helping us improve and for using PunchListUSA :)
