Really like having a tool like this to use, as a Realtor, to help my clients. There were a few items in our inspection that Punchlist could not price for my Buyer which is why I have 4 stars. Great service!

The number of jobs we had on our list were completed quickly and efficiently for a fair price. We are very happy with Punchlist and will happily use them again.

I got my estimate very promptly as promised. It provided a good outlook on what it would take to, at the very least, diagnose the issues with a couple of the appliances in the condo we were looking at.

Very well organized and laid out.

Everything was amazing and we gad so much information

Great Estimate!

I am living a long distance away and have been charged some very unreasanable prices. The prices on PunchList is very reasonable. It will be interesting to see how many contractors will do the work at these prices.

The person assigned to attend to our inquires was very attentive. We had a mistake of approving a repair payment which was not supposed to be done yet. So I sent them an email and in no time at all, they were able to reply and undo the action. Kudos!
