I loved the PuchListUSA estimate for the home we were buying. I would have given them 5 stars but it took them 2 days to get me the estimate back after promising to have it back the day of the inspection or the next day. Contingency periods are short and I need people to follow through on their promised timelines. Other than that, they were great.

Mallory Wolfe made this entire experience a breeze. I could not have done this without her and I am very grateful for her expertise and hard work organizing all of the different projects. I was pleased with all of the work and I will recommend PunchList to my friends in the future!

It was very helpful to get quotes on all the items found during an inspection of our new home. It came within a couple days and the prices seemed very reasonable.
