Punchlist project manager Chay sent a contractor to our home for a shower replacement. The contractor did excellent work. She was very professional and on time each day. My shower turn out beautiful! Better than the one from the builder. I would recommend to everyone.

We haven’t yet scheduled any repairs but the estimate report is A+. It’s easy to read and understand, and well organized. There is no high pressure sales pitch to use them to do the work which quite frankly makes me want to call them. This estimate’s impeccable attention to detail has put my mind at ease and will permit me to prioritize and budget for repairs needed.

We used punchlist with a buyer purchasing a home, we received the estimate within 24 hours. We even had a question and heard back the same day. This is a great an easy service I recommend to anyone purchasing a home during an inspection period. It saved us on time and money, and helped us moving forward with negotiating repairs.

PunchList helped us decide if it were feasible for us to purchase the home we were considering or if we were buying a money pit. Being retired, it was impairitive that we had an idea of what we were walking into financially, PunchList was able to help us determine if this was the home for us. Can't thank them enough.

Kevin was great! He went above and beyond to explain things in detail and did an amazing job around the house. Will be scheduling the rest of my fixes soon, thanks!

As a realtor, it is so important to have good resources for your your clients. Punch list was great! I sent them the inspection report and had itemized price list for all repairs within less than 24 hours. We used this to help us negotiate. My client ended us using punch list for all additional repairs after closing and had a great experience as well. It’s a very quick easy and effective service! I will definitley be using them again
