PunchList did a great job with my client's home in Germantown, MD as some repairs and updates needed to be done before it was put on the market for sale. They gave the investment property a good facelift after the tenants moved out and even price matched an estimate we got from another contractor. The team was very professional and kept the communication open. The team consisted of Macie Baber (Success Manager), Paul Rhodes (Project Manager), Bridget Matticola (Business Dev. Mgr) and Hairo Perez who was on site every day. Thank you PunchList!

The estimate was accurate other than the roofing costs

Puchlist was very cost-effective and gave advice on what's major.

Was very pleased with the feedback and how prompt it was to get the estimate of work that needs to be done and an approximate cost of repairs.

Overall, had a good experience being provided estimate after an initial inspection. Really appreciated the quick turnaround.

Very fast response and worked great with my inspection service.

Clear and comprehensive report.

I was so surprised and impressed with Punch List! Within a day of receiving the home inspector’s findings, Punch List provided me with a detailed list of the estimated cost to repair each item. Over the years I have purchased and sold several homes, but have never encountered a service as fast and comprehensive as this one. I highly recommend Punch List to anyone buying or selling a home.
