Bookvip provided exactly what they told us they would! They were helpful from the beginning when I needed modifications to their normal offerings. Then when I had questions while waiting to go on my trip, they would respond quickly.

Hello Bianca Thank you for your feedback and I wanted to follow up with you. These are promotional packages which is why are you saving up to 70% off the retail rate as the resort's are subsidizing the rooms in exchange for meeting the eligibility requirements. Unfortunately, not everyone meets the resort's eligibility requirements for the promotional packages and in that case we can not accept the business and those customers are refunded. We have sent over 500,000 customers on vacations to Mexico alone this year and have more customer video testimonial reviews than any other travel web site. [email protected]. Please contact me so can look into your issue and make amends for any inconvenience Here is video explaining How BookVIP Works And Why We Are Able To Offer Packages At 70% Off https://youtu.be/8xvEe7L3v4E Thank you

Everything was great. There was no hidden fees or extra surprises. I really didn't expect that level of service with seeing the BOOKVIP ad on Facebook but it more than exceeded our expectations.
