My husband and I spent 6 days and 5 nights at the Holiday Inn Resort in Cabo. Our experience with BookVIP was excellent and we had no trouble securing the reservation or checking into the resort. I've already recommended your company to a friend.

Book VIP was pretty simple to work with. They gave me everything their original ad had promised. My resort stay was pleasant and everything went according to plan. I would absolutely use them to book another vacation again. I don't think I could find a better deal anywhere else. Thank you Book VIP!

Stay away from this sketchy company. To start you have to wait on hold forever to get any service. When you do get service it's from some ditsy person that you have to repeat the same thing over and over. Twice now I was on hold for over 30 minutes to get passed to a voicemail where you have to leave a message. You NEVER get a call back. The whole experience starts off bad and I've learned that if it starts off this bad I'd rather not deal with them in the future. They also get all positive reviews by giving their guest a free vacation by leaving a positive review about BookVip!

Thank you for your feedback as we use this forum for both positive and areas we can improve as we are not perfect and are always looking to improve. We are the fastest growing travel company in the world with over 3.6 million Facebook Likes second only to Expedia. As an owner, I am very proud we are the leading provider of promotional packages as we have given over 1 million customers discounted vacations they may otherwise many not have been able to afford. Additionally, we do have more customer video testimonial video than any other travel site. http://www.bookvip.com/sitereviews . That being said, I do apologize you were on your lengthy hold time, however, we do offer a QUE call back in which you just press the # and your place in line is held and you are automatically called back by one of our representatives without having to wait on hold as we know everyone's time is valuable. Further, please contact me directly and I will make sure we contact you as soon as possible and make amends for any inconvenience. [email protected] James Colligan Owner BookVIP.com

It was a great experience. We enjoyed our vacation a lot.

Very skeptical at first due to the amazing deal and the different way of booking (signing confirmation letters etc) but it was totally legit! Would definitely use bookvip again and have told several friends and family about it. Yes the timeshare presentation always goes longer than the 90 minutes it's promised to and yes it's annoying to have that time taken away from your vacation but I would gladly trade 3 hours of my vacation to get that great of a deal again. We stayed at the villas del palmar in Cancun. Very nice resort and extremely friendly staff. We said no to timeshare and we're still treated well.
