I love BookVIP!!! I recently stayed at The Berkley in Las Vegas and it was AMAZING. We had a 2 bedroom suite and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that the suite had 2 separate kitchens...I was out done!! This was my second BookVIP vacation and the accommodations were remarkable again. This company is a game-changer when it comes to saving money on vacation! I would definitely recommend this company and am looking forward to my next BookVIP vacation.

Total Scam! Booked a reservation nearly 5 months ago. Called to confirm it a few weeks before our scheduled departure. I was told that everything was fine and that I would receive confirmation within a few days of travel. Called the day of travel because I had not received an email. Sure enough the reservation has been canceled because the room that I had requested was no longer available. Of course they said they would issue a refund however, considering the day of travel obviously very inconvenient and very disappointing for our family. I called to book VIP in Orlando we were in Orlando because my gf is a traveling nurse & are staying here for a few months. We 1st called & they didn't have the dates anywhere called back & he said yes we do so we were ready to book. Where we are staying is in Seminole county & now we can't come there but oh wait maybe u can after all this back I forth I decided to forget it. THE REAL KICKER IS WE WERE GONNA PURCHACE A TIME SHARE! Thx book Vip way to do business. Sincerely !

call them, if they can't answer your questions they will just hangup. so unprofessional. read all reviews, how fake they are other than bad reviews...
