I pre-ordered quite a few funkos w this company. After 3 months they cancelled all my pre-orders and emailed me letting me know. Then sent the other 3 funkos they didn't cancel. They literally shoved all 3 funkos in a box not sized for them. I measured the boxes and then the actual size of the box used, the metrics didn't even work. Needless to say it looked like someone used it for a Slam Ball by time arrived. THEN they let me know they were sold out of those pops they damaged so I can't get those either. I mean. I work with collectibles for a living. This was such an unprofessional awful buying experience and waste of my personal time and effort. My business has severed ties with this company moving forward.

0 stars. Ordered a popular book and when my package finally arrived IT WAS JUST AN EMPTY BOX. I wish I had looked up reviews before trying it out. Don’t take the chance that your order will be different. Just order from Barnes and Noble. At least they would tell you they don’t have it in stock instead of taking your money and sending you nothing. I can’t believe this actually happened

My Stepson bought something for his little sister, to get a discount had to sign up for Magazine subscriptions, they will not help to cancel!!!! what a FFFFFF NNNNN Joke

I purchased my books only for them to tell me they were out of stock when they clearly weren't when I initially bought them. It has been a month and I still haven't heard from them. That's $40 down the drain and I'm never coming back. DO NOT BUY HERE!!

First my item, ordered March of 2021, showed as shipped but it never arrived. Upon contacting the company, they claimed to have sent a replacement, which also then never arrived despite showing as shipped. Upon contacting again, I was told they had none to send and refunded my money. This whole process took 2 months. I double checked that my shipping address was correct, in case that was the issue. Everything on my end was accurate, so the issue was definitely on their end.

First and last time I’ll order from here. I wish I would’ve read the reviews prior to ordering. I purchased a book from here and it arrived severely damaged, it looked as if they threw it in muddy water and packaged it. I requested for a refund and sent proof of the damage and never heard a word back from them. They kept my money & left me with a damaged book. Lesson learned, I’ll stick to buying books from Amazon & Barnes and Noble.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Flat out stole my money. I ordered two books in February and still have yet to receive them. It’s May now. I checked my emails and it said to log in to view shipping details. My log in wouldn’t work. I reset my password FIVE TIMES still wouldn’t let me log in. Emailed support and got NOTHING BACK FROM THEM!! Do not let this place scam you like it has me!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Book wasn't listed as on backorder until after I had placed my order, waited two months, order was cancelled by their automated system. Called asking about it, got spoken to in a terribly condescending tone, and email communication was a single line email ignoring the majority of my ticket. Don't buy from here.
