It was Good at the books a million at Walfordf md was nice understood me but i do recommend that the shipping is delivered at the door instead of a mail box of a long but not that long drive way

books are easy to find, easy to read, but there are not all books, I would like more books

Alright, I have ordered quite a few books from BAM and most of the time my experience has been decent. I made the mistake of ordering items that were limited in their stock, I'm fine with waiting, but I'd like to eventually receive my books. After reading many reviews I have come to the conclusion that I'll either get my books months from now or not at all, which is a bit disconcerting. I do have a membership, which was bought as a gift, so I am kinda bound to the website. When the membership expires I will probably not use BAM anymore. My advice for anyone ordering anything from BAM; make sure you pay attention to the availability.

After seeing multiple tiktoks about the buy 2 get 1 50% off manga sale, I ordered 5 books on November 15th. 3 in stock, 1 preorder, 1 backorder. The same day, I got an email update saying the 1 book was backordered and to "allow 1-2 days to ship" along with another paragraph saying it could take up to 4 weeks. I received 4 of the books before December. The backordered one did not get any other update until December 16th (4 weeks later). This email update said the EXACT same thing that it did on November 15th. That it as backordered AGAIN and would take 1-2 days, 4 weeks blah blah blah... I emailed them the same day with all the info and screenshots of the emails. It's now December 20th and no email from them... I won't even bother calling customer service after seeing these reviews. I'm honestly pissed how awful their service is. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift and now I can only give him the second volume.. How is he suppose to read it without the first?! I feel dumb for seeing a bunch of recommendations for BAM then buying without reading any reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! EDIT: 1/7/2021 I finally got an email on January 5th from customer support saying they tracked my order and it would be delivered January 6th. It came when they said it would and I'm glad they were able to get back to me about it. They also told me because of the shipment volume they've recieved and covid, they're shipments have been delayed. Which I can understand. I'm adding 2 stars back for actually getting back to me (as slow as the response was) and for it being delivered when they said it would. Just keep in mind, if you're looking for fast customer support and shipping, don't expect it at BAM.

ive been ordering manga here because of the good sales. first, the buy 2 get 1 free sale was not applying to me on my first purchase despite me looking at the books under that section. thats okay, the deal works for me now and i still got a good discount on my first purchase. the shipping/tracking is horrible, though. my book came and im still waiting for 3 others, however they do not update you at all about where your book is or when its coming until the day before its meant to deliver. my book is in perfect condition, but its disappointing waiting and not having any idea when your book is coming. quality is great, though.

I like the store, the people are friendly, but it gets annoying that every time I shop there or buy something they ask about magazines. Also the prices can be a bit high. But overall it's a good plave.

Ok, but nothing special, my books arrived on time. A bit expensive. Neither really good or really bad
