Bokksu Snack BoxReviews of bokksu.com

Loved trying all the different items and the booklet describing them and the areas was awesome!!

Highly recommended. It was a lovely surprise for my mother when she received the two bokksu I ordered for her. One was Hokkaido themed; the other was a one-off seasons of Japan. The food is fresh and top quality. There's a good balance of sweet and savoury. I definitely recommend Bokksu.

I've had 4 boxes so far, each box is filled with a variety of cookies, crackers, chips, teas, & more. Offers a balanced blend of sweets and/or crispy snacks with a few teas to go with. It's not just candy, plus the booklet gives insights into different regions and local flavors and/or customs. I've ordered extra to give as gifts. Thank you for your service.

Customer service is terrible and they won't make any effort help you out. They also engage in some shady practices - most other subscription boxes that I've subscribed to send you a notice that you'll be charged so you can change your subscription accordingly, but Bokksu just charges your card without warning. Another thing is to note is on the review page on the Bokksu website, they only publish positive reviews. Any negative reviews that are submitted are not published, which is just incredibly shady and dishonest. The snacks are decent, shipping is a bit slow. There are better services out there however and I would recommend them over Bokksu for sure. I won't be purchasing anything from Bokksu again.

This is a great way to learn about Japan and Japanese food and culture. It's easy to order and easy to follow your order.

The team at Bokksu has done an outstanding job of so perfectly curating an authentically and fun Japanese cultural experience centered around food. You'll love it!

Got my 4th box yesterday & couldn’t wait to open. Wasn’t disappointed, got another great selection of treats.

Bokksu c'est un peu du Japon dans une boîte joliment présenté avec plusieurs snacks et thés originaux, c'est exactement ça que je m'attendais à recevoir et depuis mon voyage là bas je suis fan !
