I went to Japan last year, and after leaving I missed eating the foods so much. I loved getting this box because it reminds me of the great stuff I got in Japan. There is a mix of both savory and sweet snacks and a guide that explains all of them and which part of Japan they're from. This is my favorite Japan box because I feel like I get the full experience. There is also a market on the Bokksu website where you can buy the individual snacks you liked best out of the box to eat again!

The box was a gift for my daughter who loves Japan. The box was very well curated and the booklet describing everything in the box, and the places the treats came from, was awesome. It was something everyone in the house found a treat they loved which is hard because we have some picky eaters in the house.

For Christmas and New Year gifts, I ordered a Bokksu Hokkaido Winter Delight box for a client who is a native Japanese residing in New York City. She was so happy and told me that the snacks tasted so delicious that she missed home. I also ordered a Kyoto Autumn box and green tea for our office. Can't help remembering the beauty of Kyoto and the time I stayed at the Japanese style hotel while I was there. Japan is always my favorite nation to visit. Thank you Bokksu for bringing back all the lovely memories through my taste buds.

I love everything about Bokksu! Reliable and legit, they send a great snack box every month, and they include a really sharp little booklet that explains the snacks, and also cool facts about the regions that they come from. I recommend this subscription service to anyone who asks!

Very lovely, I got the subscription for Christmas in 2018 and I'm still going with it, it's absolutely lovely! The only thing I think could make the subscriptions better was if you could choose between a couple choices of sweet-to-savory ratios in the boxes, since I prefer sweets and it feels like a waste if I need to throw out some of the savories I didn't like. Otherwise I'm very happy with it!

The snacks they sent were good but when I tried to cancel my subscription after the first box I got an email saying my subscription was renewed and that my box was on the way. Then I emailed them back saying that I had already cancelled my subscription and their response was along the lines of "I can confirm your subscription was cancelled and we hope you reactivate it soon". I replied explaining how annoyed I am with their service. They also lied in their response. They said they renewed it on the 6th and I cancelled it on the 7th, when in reality I cancelled it the sixth and they told me it was renewed on the 8th. Do not get this product. Their customer service sucks

The bokksu experience is a great one. I ordered my first box and was amazed at how good all the snacks were. They give you a great variety of savory and sweet snacks. Some of my favorites from the Dec 2019 box were the Hokkaido Milk Rolls and the Fried Corn snacks. It also included some fantastic green tea bags. Easy to order, the website is secure and the box came promptly.

Absolutely love Bokksu! The tea is delicious and it's so much fun trying each new yummy thing we open! Can hardly wait for the next box to see what exciting things are in store for us!
