I got the 3 month subscription. I find it cool that they have an introductory box for the snacks you could get. Loved the mochi box. I like how there is some salty/savory snacks to offset the sweets in the box

We ordered the 3 month package from Bokksu after recommendations from friends who have an annual subscription and love it! We have not been disappointed. Communication has been wonderful! We were emailed as soon as our first box was pack slipped and given tracking so we could keep up to date with its expected arrival. Was the exact same for the second box which we received with no issues, and just received tracking for our 3rd box which is supposed to be special edition Sakura arriving within 2 weeks (**SO EXCITED**)! We did purchase the shipping insurance that is optional at checkout but have had ZERO issues with shipping and received our packages as expected. We are a small family of 3 and after receiving the first box we were so excited to receive the second and now the 3rd that we decided to extend our subscription for 12 more months. We don't like EVERY SINGLE thing that comes in the box but that is the whole point is it not? To try treats from local Japan vendors that are not available in the continental U.S. ! Its such a small thing but our little family looks forward to these shipments. We loved trying everything!! We plan to be lifelong customers!

I'm on my 4th box. Great updates online on when the box is shipped and delivered. Packaging always looks professional and well put together. My daughter and I really enjoy opening the box together. Keep up the good work!

I received my first box a week ago and I couldn’t be happier. There was so many different snacks from all over Japan and it makes me even more excited to go visit. Customer service has been great and to have a lovely email from the founder makes the company so wholesome. I can’t wait for the next box!
