I think with everything, the most important thing is customer's service. There was a lapse in delivery and when the delivery did not arrive on time, bokksu swiftly made sure to resolve any issues and immediately sent a new one. It isn't my first bokksu box but it always comes as a delight, with great quality of snacks and just amazing customer service. Kuddos to the company's quality control and customer's service. Truly a wonderful and flawless experience.

We signed up for Bokksu to sample the broad range of snacks and treats from Japan. We're hugely impressed with their monthly selection, always a great variety along with details of the heritage and areas of Japan from where the snacks originate. Some are very moreish so we'll be going back to Bokksu to get more of our specific favorites as we go along.

So far we love Bokksu. The products are wonderful and great quality. Everything is packaged nice, and we love the accompanying book that describes everything! My son gets very excited when this box shows up, he started doing an unboxing with his friends! It’s a big hit!
