In addition to quality products that I use consistently, including Perfect Amino Electrolytes and Perfect Amino protein, their customer service was very responsive to an issue with a recent order. In short, I will continue to source from Perfect Amino.

I purchased the watermelon electrolytes and they are amazing. I will be a returning customer for sure.

I have used many BodyHealth products and am very satisfied with their quality and variety. Customer service has always been top notch.

Those of you who're into fitness should check out these Perfect Amino products by BodyHealth. I’m a USATF Masters Track & Field sprinter/long jumper, and I’ve been using Perfect Amino sports drink powders for about 3.5 years. My wife and I depend on this product to augment our health with these critical amino acids we may be lacking from our everyday diets. As you probably know, the “essential amino acids” are fundamental building blocks for the proteins and enzymes that ensure your body’s long-term good health. In addition, for us, fulfilling our fitness goals depends on shortened recovery cycles caused by muscle soreness due to our demanding training schedule in the gym and on the track 4-6 days per week. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND these products! VERY EFFECTIVE & REASONABLY PRICED!! Ed from Utah

Great products. Terrible customer experience team and policies. Long time customer, regular buyer. I added to the pumpkin spice aminos to my recent order thinking I’d try mixing a non-fruit flavored variant in my coffee and it was awful. I gagged trying to get it down and after about 4 sips and couldn’t do it. I reached out for a refund and was meant with zero empathy or understanding and was told to pay my own shipping to return this item. I let them know this is crazy. I wouldn’t give this product to an enemy and you want me to spend more time, effort, and money to send to you to spend time effort and money to throw it away. Get with the times, it’s the only time I’d ever reached out after multiple orders. Apologize and refund the item and keep me as a customer and promoter. We’re talking under $50 here.

I am using perfect amino's for over a year and i can't live without it!!!! It builds muscle, i recover so fast that i often forget to take a day off of the gym. I also use their electrolytes and body calm before sleep. I am very satisfied with the customer service. I also get a fast reply and answers to my question. I am a big fan of BodyHealth. Their products really work.

Awesome and responsive customer service. New to Perfect Amino…was recommended by my integrative provider. I just started creatine to enhance my strength training workouts, and to help my “old lady skin”.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I placed an order for ONE product and towards the end of the purchase it made an offer to add an additional product, I tried to decline and instead accidently in ONE click it added the additional product to my cart AND checked me out and I was charged for TWO products, I tried to cancel but the website does not provide any way of doing so and customer service was closed, when I called the next day to cancel they said it already shipped out and I could return the item for a refund but I would be responsible for the return shipping costs, I tried to speak to a supervisor and was refused the request. Customer service was not helpful or efficient in the least bit! Lost my business, will not be ordering with this company again! Save your money not worth the hassle
