Reason why a company doesn’t ask for reviews???? Not a very efficient company and marginal results for their Product.

09/05/2024 I wanted to like Perfect Amino, but your customer service seriously needs improvement. Not to mention if their Bot start interacting . I ordered two products on a subscription basis, set to ship every 30 days. The first time, I realized the shipping address was incorrect, so I called customer service to update it. The agent assured me she would make sure the correct address was applied and that future shipments would go to the right location. However, despite this, my orders are still being sent to the wrong address. I called Body Health LLC (Perfect Amino) today, and the representative confirmed the wrong address is still on file. When I asked why, despite my multiple attempts to correct this issue, nothing had been done, I was told that a supervisor would contact me within 24-48 hours. To make a long story short, I’ve canceled my subscription. I found what I needed on Amazon instead.
