I had a round with the Perfect Amino tablets, and it was great, but I decided to try the powder to avoid 15 tablets a day. Couldn't handle the taste. Reached out & within 24hrs Michelle helped me get the exchange going right away AND provided great insight and education!! A1 service.

Product is ok, but try and cancel a subscription. They have double shipped and double charged me several times. Cancelled my subscription multiple times and wrote to customer service. Tried pausing, cancelling and still multiple shipments have come. I have an extra 7 months of different product. Too much aggrivation dealing with company.

Do not buy from this company if you are ordering from another country. I placed an order for a single container of creatine and was shocked to see nearly $70 in shipping and duty fees added at checkout, bringing the total cost to approximately $123. Within 10 minutes of placing the order, I contacted customer service to request a cancellation, as I was not willing to proceed at that price. The chatbot transferred me to a live agent, who advised that my request had been forwarded to customer service for review. To my surprise, I woke up the next morning to find that the order had already shipped. When I contacted support again, I was informed that the order had been processed and shipped before my cancellation request could be handled. The company did offer a refund if I return the product. However, this means I would be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any additional duties or fees associated with the return. In other words, despite requesting a cancellation almost immediately after placing the order, I am still expected to absorb the costs. Overall, this was a very disappointing customer service experience, and international customers should be aware of the significant extra fees and the limited flexibility when trying to cancel an order shortly after purchase.

The Bodyhealth website is a bit cumbersome when trying to modify an upcoming subscription order, but Michelle was both responsive and helpful in resolving my issue. Extra credit for fixing the issue on a Sunday!

Customer Service is an experience that will make a good product great or a great product disappointing. This company hands down has a product that is cutting edge in fitness and health- What makes this company far superior is its world class service-I had an okay experience as everyone may or can relate to - When I reached out for help , Michelle took on my concern as if it was her own- She listened and immediately took ownership and followed through- Execution was timely and flawless above my level of expectation.

When I reached out to Body Health to return the Perfect Amino powder I had received because I didn’t enjoy the taste, Bekah responded quickly and kindly. She offered to exchange the powder for the tablets, and didn’t require me to pay shipping or restocking fees. She even told me I could keep the powder and give it to someone who might like it. Her customer service was gracious and on point. The team at Body Health clearly cares about customer satisfaction and helping patrons find the right product for them. Highly recommend!
