Product is ok, but try and cancel a subscription. They have double shipped and double charged me several times. Cancelled my subscription multiple times and wrote to customer service. Tried pausing, cancelling and still multiple shipments have come. I have an extra 7 months of different product. Too much aggrivation dealing with company.

Do not buy from this company if you are ordering from another country. I placed an order for a single container of creatine and was shocked to see nearly $70 in shipping and duty fees added at checkout, bringing the total cost to approximately $123. Within 10 minutes of placing the order, I contacted customer service to request a cancellation, as I was not willing to proceed at that price. The chatbot transferred me to a live agent, who advised that my request had been forwarded to customer service for review. To my surprise, I woke up the next morning to find that the order had already shipped. When I contacted support again, I was informed that the order had been processed and shipped before my cancellation request could be handled. The company did offer a refund if I return the product. However, this means I would be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any additional duties or fees associated with the return. In other words, despite requesting a cancellation almost immediately after placing the order, I am still expected to absorb the costs. Overall, this was a very disappointing customer service experience, and international customers should be aware of the significant extra fees and the limited flexibility when trying to cancel an order shortly after purchase.

i canceled and the same day they auto shipped another order, that wasn't due for delivery for 30 freaking days!! They want me to pay for return shipping. BS. all of the subscription site screw you every time you're done with them. Buyer Beware!!

WARNING, WARNING. Body Health Perfect Amino, When you order, they put you on autoship, but they don't tell you that it is for a minimum 3 orders, VERY DISHONEST. They cannot stand on their product alone that is why they want to force people into 3 deliveries. Do Not Recommend.

Excellent products but Customer service doesn't trust that you're going to simply do things and easier way for yourself... You're a SLAVE to 20 inactive things that they can't actually delete from your account and let you start building a new order again. REALLY FRUSTRATING AFTER ORDERING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF PRODUCT THEY STILL DON'T TRUST YOU TO ORDER MORE.... THEY HAVE TO KEEP YOU IN A BUYING TRAP...

First let me say..... I do not leave reviews. Even when I don't like a product because returns are handled well. If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is a joke. I agreed to autoship the first order to save a little extra but upon receiving the product i was not impressed. Mostly because it tastes disgusting not so much because it doesn't work (didn't try long enough to know). I cancelled my autoship online or so I thought. I clicked the cancel button multiple times and they said none of them went through because I had to call to cancel. Okay why even have a cancel option online then..... so I cancelled it and asked them to cancel the order that hadn't even finished processing yet or been shipped and they refused. They said they couldn't.... okay then I received the product and asked for return instructions. They never came so I emailed again and they said that my return had to be approved. Waited 15 days and nothing. They were rude and to be honest I got the impression they were hoping i forgot or moved on because they made it so difficult. Then I called again and they said they emailed me the return instructions that I never received. That it must be a problem on my end but somehow I received every other email they sent.... absolutely horrible customer service.

Be careful with body health bodyhealth products, I ordered a few hundred dollars worth of their product but their optimum sleep assist started to turn into a dirty slushy, once I reached out they made me jump to so many hops to be able to return it, not only that they want me to pay for shipping on their bad product. Never again also buyer be aware if somehow you didn’t pay attention and choose subscription they will not let you cancel until you purchase 3 full batches and then you can cancel, does that sound like a good product to you? I don’t think so. Lawsuit waiting to happen here.

Sadly after buying body health products for many years I will no longer be buying. I have always brought the same product and decided to try another. After purchasing I quickly realised that this product wouldn’t work on its own and I didn’t have the money to buy the additional products it required to be of most benefit to me. I contacted the company within the hour asking for the sale to be cancelled and got a computer generated response someone would look into it and then a human response saying the same and then 2 days later after no reply they just sent the item! After multiple follow up emails I was told I could send it back but would have to pay return (international!) postage. No value of the repeat customer and no heart given the current economic climate. They’ve lost a customer.
