After talking to Ashley, I’m super excited about using my new BodyHealth products! I ordered Perfect Amino powder and bars along with the Multi Complete vitamins, but was unsure how to incorporate them into my daily routine. She guided me through and sent me a follow up email with our call notes and it really helped! I’ve heard so many great things about BodyHealth products and ordered them but didn’t know how to use them. I’m am now super excited about my health care journey, about using these products, seeing the benefits and ordering more to add to what I’ll be doing. Thank you!!

I was in the middle of a move when an order shipped to the wrong address but Bekah was there to help solve it and make my life (and stress from moving) all better with a great solution. Great product and great support!

Michelle was amazing
Michelle was amazing! She was very quick to respond to my request and process my order right away. And can’t say enough about the Perfect Amino product. It’s great on its own, however, I choose to put it in my morning coffee. Great way to start my day.

I ordered the chocolate protein bc I love the idea that I can get balanced protein without eating 3 loaded meat meals a day and packing in those extra calories. I must say the flavour of the chocolate was too sweet for me and when I asked to exchange it for the tablets, customer service was truly 10/10! You never know when you order something online who the ppl behind the business are, but the response was immediate, very personable, friendly and professional. They did an immediate exchange for me and due to the season (Xmas) decided it was easier to just let me keep the chocolate protein to donate. This was totally not the level of service I expected, and I’m absolutely impressed! It shows me that this company stands by their product and intend to build a long lasting business with high quality products and loyal customers.

5 star customer service
I want to be clear that this review right now is written purely on customer service. I just received my first order, so I'm not sure of results just yet. However, I wanna shout out Jordan on the customer service team. He has been incredibly helpful and honestly displayed a level of customer service that I have not seen in many years. I needed assistance adjusting an order, and he was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! I am hopeful that the products will hold up to this standard as well, because I would love to continue to shop at this company!
