I sent an email to BodyHealth and connected with Michelle. She was great in helping to facilitate my return and gave me clear directions on how to make it happen. She even followed up to ask me to send her the tracking number so that my transaction could be completed more quickly. I highly recommend doing business with BodyHealth.

Product tablets stink - i.e., they smell bad. They may in fact work but you have to take 5 large tablets every day. Also, you need to go through 3 or 4 screens to actually cancel the subscription. The first screen makes you think you are done but you aren't. I had them cancel by email in October but I just got another confirmation of shipment yesterday. This company strikes me as quite disingenuous in their very underhanded treatment of cancellation. We shouldn't be supporting companies that behave this way.

The return process should be easier to do. One should be able to do it all online instead of having to call in. But Ashley was very nice and helpful. Make it all online and get a 5 star.

I asked them to help with a shipping order and they basically gave me the middle finger. Looks like they will be keeping my money and not honoring their refund policy. Oh yeah and I never received the product. Bekah was no help at all and just made excuses. They definitely don't care about people, just their bottom line. Never ordering from them again.
